I ordered 10/3 and there is still no update as to when product will ship. No response to my email or text when I reached out to support.
A pair of Blue jays finally found the feeder! I placed the two decoys in the window and scattered seed on the ground under the feeder. It seemed to work! I'm very glad you encouraged me to wait. I now have tufted nuthatches, blue jays and chickadees. I was about to give up. I guess it just takes patience. Once one jay found the feeder, a lot of birds were attracted to it. I now have three species.
