This company lies about their return policy. I reached out multiple times to start a return (per their policy on the website) and no one ever responded. Now I’m out $159 with a product I can’t use. Also, pro tip, there are much cheaper options on Amazon. In my opinion, HiBirdie is a rip off.
A pair of Blue jays finally found the feeder! I placed the two decoys in the window and scattered seed on the ground under the feeder. It seemed to work! I'm very glad you encouraged me to wait. I now have tufted nuthatches, blue jays and chickadees. I was about to give up. I guess it just takes patience. Once one jay found the feeder, a lot of birds were attracted to it. I now have three species.
